Using autolendingbc.ca or submitting the application form means you accept these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or submit the form.

AutoLendingBC collects your application and connects you with financing partners through Go Kia Richmond, part of the Go Auto network.

AutoLendingBC is not a lender. We do not lend money, we do not set interest rates, and we do not make approval decisions. Those decisions rest entirely with the lender and the dealership.

Our role is limited to collecting your application and passing it to Go Kia Richmond so a specialist can follow up with you. We do not sell, deliver, or finance vehicles ourselves.

Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be approved, does not guarantee a particular rate or term, and does not guarantee the availability of any specific vehicle. All decisions rest with the lender and the dealership.

Nothing on autolendingbc.ca or communicated to you during the application process is an offer or a promise of financing. There is no guarantee of approval at any stage of this process, no matter what your credit situation looks like.

We say this plainly because we know how important it is: no guarantee of approval is made or implied anywhere on this site, in any email, or in any phone call from our team.

You must be at least 18 and a resident of Canada to use this site. The application form is intended for British Columbia residents. By submitting the form, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are legally able to enter into a vehicle-financing transaction.

By checking the consent box on the application form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, and email about your application. This consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can withdraw this consent at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.

When you submit the application form, that submission constitutes your written consent, under applicable British Columbia law, for Go Kia Richmond and its financing partners to obtain your credit report or credit score from one or more credit reporting agencies. We use this information solely to assess your financing options and to match you with a lender or financing partner.

This consent applies each time you submit the application form. You can withdraw your consent to be contacted about the results at any time — see Section 5 above and our Privacy Policy for how — though a credit inquiry already made cannot be undone once the request has been submitted to the credit reporting agency.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and is about you, and that you will not submit another person’s information without their knowledge and consent.

You agree not to submit false or misleading information, impersonate anyone, or attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or abuse-prevention measures.

The content, branding, and design of autolendingbc.ca are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the site without permission. Trademarks belonging to Go Auto, Go Kia Richmond, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

autolendingbc.ca is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site or the matching service.

You use autolendingbc.ca at your own discretion. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoLendingBC and its affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you will be limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which for most users is nil.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoLendingBC and its affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or false information you provide.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia.

If a dispute arises between you and AutoLendingBC, we ask that you first contact us so we can try to resolve it informally before pursuing any other remedy. If it cannot be resolved that way, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the laws and courts named in Section 12 above.

We may update these Terms from time to time as AutoLendingBC evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above; the revised Terms take effect once posted. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
